iFarm users can choose to join an iFarm Support Membership and receive a range of benefits, or opt for Pay-As-You-Go help desk support.
iFarm Support Memberships
If you are someone who requires helpdesk support from time to time, or like to be kept up to date with the latest version of your iFarm software, subscribing to an iFarm Support Membership is for you. Members receive the following services and benefits:
- Unlimited helpdesk support between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (WST).
- Unlimited support via facsimile and email.
- Discounts on upgrades to iFarm production recording products for crop &/or livestock enterprises.
- iFarm newsletters.
- Free product updates (excludes our free iFarm Mapping product).
- Savings compared to Pay-As-You-Go helpdesk support.

Pay-As-You-Go Helpdesk Support
This service operates between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (WST) and is suited to users who only require one-off assistance. Calls are timed and a minimum charge applies.
Hardcopy iFarm User Guides
All iFarm software products come with electronic versions of the iFarm User Guides. However, some users like to have a hardcopy on hand for quick and easy reference. eAgribusiness can provide you with a full colour printed and bound hardcopy version of the relevant user guide for for your iFarm product. Simply complete an order form and return it to eAgribusiness with your payment.
